Every connection application undergoes review. Before submitting it, make sure that your website or sales channel complies with the requirements of our service and the legislation of the Russian Federation: this will speed up moderation and save you from having to make revisions.
1. Mandatory information on the website
The following must be posted on the website and accessible to the buyer:
- valid contact details: email address, phone number, registered or actual address, and a way to contact customer support;
- delivery terms, if delivery is offered: cost, methods, timeframes and regions;
- the procedure for returning goods and canceling a payment;
- the personal data processing policy;
- a public offer agreement or a user agreement;
- for the sale of intellectual property: a license or other confirmation of the right to sell it;
- for goods bearing a third-party trademark: confirmation of the right holder's consent.
2. Technical condition of the website
- the website works reliably: links are clickable and lead to existing pages;
- the website is hosted on paid hosting - free hosting services are not accepted;
- product and service pages are complete, and each of them states a price or the terms on which the service is provided;
- the website contains no calls to commit offenses, no promotion of terrorism, no incitement to national, racial or religious hatred, and no pornography.
3. Stores without a website
If you sell through a Telegram bot or a social network, or issue invoices directly, the same substantive requirements apply to your sales channel: a clear description of goods and services with prices, valid contact details, return terms and the absence of prohibited categories. During the review, we check the channel using the link provided in the application.
4. Prohibited categories
We do not onboard or serve stores associated with any of the following:
- goods and services prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- fraudulent schemes, including the collection of payers' bank details (phishing);
- online casinos, gambling, betting and wagering, as well as accepting payments for their benefit;
- adult (18+) content;
- exchange, purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies, mining, issuance and sale of tokens, and crypto-asset investments;
- pyramid schemes, lotteries and investment projects;
- credit brokers, loan matching services and currency exchange;
- payment aggregators, payment processing and acceptance of payments for the benefit of third parties (transit);
- sale of accounts;
- collection of contributions, donations and sponsorship funds without the appropriate license;
- prohibited drugs and dietary supplements;

- sale of software without an agreement with its developer or supplier;
- game software (cheats and similar programs);
- file hosting services;
- telemarketing and prank call services;
- any other activity prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Accepting payments in the categories on this list, including for the benefit of third parties (transit), is a Violation under Section 6 of the Public Offer; the measures and the penalty for it are set out in Section 7 of the Public Offer.
5. Subscriptions and recurring charges
If the store accepts payment by subscription (regular automatic charges to the customer's card):
- before subscribing, the customer sees the amount and frequency of charges;
- the customer has a simple way to cancel the subscription on their own: a button or command in the bot, a section in the account on the website, or a request to the store's support, with no additional conditions;
- after cancellation, the store stops the charges on the same day by canceling the subscription in the TabPay dashboard or via the API;
- the cancellation procedure is described in the store's offer or terms of use.
